The course is offered solely for general educational purposes. You are solely responsible for seeking advice from a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before taking or refraining from any action that may affect your legal rights.

2. Waiver of Claims and Right to Sue By accessing or using this course, you knowingly and voluntarily waive and release any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and legal rights—whether known or unknown—that you may have now or in the future against the course creator, John Ritondo, arising out of or relating to this course, its content, or your use or reliance on any information provided. This waiver applies to all legal theories, including but not limited to breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation, or any other tort or statutory claim. You agree that this waiver is a fundamental condition of your enrollment and participation in the course, and your access is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of this waiver.

3. Fallback Terms (If Waiver Is Deemed Unenforceable) To the extent that any portion of the waiver in Section 2 is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, you agree to the following fallback provisions:

  • Limitation of Damages: Your sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount you paid for the course. Under no circumstances shall you be entitled to consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree not to initiate or participate in any class action, collective action, or other representative proceeding. Any claims must be brought on an individual basis only.

You agree that these courts shall have exclusive personal jurisdiction over any such dispute and expressly waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction outside of Shelby County, Alabama.
  • Personal Jurisdiction Limited to Shelby County: You further agree that the course creator, John Ritondo, shall not be subject to personal jurisdiction in any court other than those located in Shelby County, Alabama.
